GO Link 2 -- seems worthy?

I've tried a few portable DAC's and dongles over the years. Most seemed to give some improvement to some parts of sound but most ended up tethered to a spare system somewhere in home or office. This latest one fro iFi is maybe the first I'd bother adding to my phone, and better yet, it's only $59. Here's the official announcement:
